Processing Time



All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)



Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the carrier.



Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking



You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.



Lost or Stolen Packages



Rare Energy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.



Incorrect Shipping Addresses



Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rare Energy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.



International Shipping



Rare Energy ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.



Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
